Investment

Private-pay

No insurance. Investment is stated in the first conversation, in writing, before any ongoing work begins.

The frame

  • Sitting lengths typically: 50 · 80 · longer.
  • Optional held monthly cadence once the work is underway.
  • Payment at the time of service unless another arrangement is written.
  • This is not a weekly residential villa and is not priced as one.

Why private-pay

Insurance creates a paper trail. Diagnosis codes get logged. For people whose work cannot absorb that, private-pay is the structure, not a luxury detail.

Estimates

Self-pay clients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. A superbill, if appropriate for you to submit to a plan, is discussed up front. Reimbursement is never guaranteed. This practice does not bill insurance.

Cancellation

Twenty-four hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancels and missed sessions are billed at the session rate. The exact policy is confirmed in writing before the first session.
