A solo practice. You meet with one practitioner. Conversational work, adult, one-to-one. There is no clinic waiting room and no group program. Whether we work by video or in person is confirmed in a first conversation, along with whether the work can be offered where you live.

What this is not
Not psychiatry. Not a hospital. Not crisis or forensic work. Medication is not prescribed here. Court-mandated treatment and emergency care are outside the scope of this practice.
